Classes T&Cs
Children should ideally be barefooted in the playroom as their toes are needed for balance. Socks are slippery and can result in poor footing and traction. Hard soled slippers and shoes are not allowed on the play floor as they may hurt other children during play. For hygiene reasons, all adults must wear socks on the play floor. Please bring a pair with you.
It is possible to enroll at any time.Stepping Up reserves the right to accept children only when fees are paid.
Weekly schedule might be adapted from time to time.
It is possible to purchase individual class passes. Class passes must be used within the defined period for which they were purchased and are non-refundable. The dates when the child will be attending must be provided to the teacher to avoid over-booking. Discounts do not apply to class passes.
Missed classes can be made up by coming to any other age appropriate class before the end of your enrollment under the following conditions:
– Cancellations must be notified via email at least 24 hours in advance
– Cancellations for medical reasons must be notified before 8:00am the same day
For the consideration of all, please do not bring a sick child to class. We reserve the right to accept only healthy children.
No matter what your child’s age or proficiency, your child needs help and encouragement when exploring equipment. Always stay with your child and keep your hands within reach of his/her torso. Please do not bring food or beverages onto the playroom. If your child is injured or if you observe an accident please report it to the teacher immediately.
For the enjoyment of other members and to ensure the smooth facilitation of the class, please exit the playroom/classroom for a ‘cool-down’ period should your child display disruptive behavior.
No refund is given on a class pass or on the membership fee.
Classes follow a structured form and are designed to enhance your child’s physical, cognitive as well as social and emotional development. To maximise the benefits, we ask all parents to follow the teacher’s lead and encourage their children to participate in the class activities. Parents are
important role models and children are more motivated when supported by someone they trust who celebrates their achievements.
All enrollments include unlimited access to our Play Gyms. Play Gym is a time for children and their parents to explore our unique play equipment. Play Gyms require a minimum of one adult for every child in attendance. Non-enrolled siblings below the age of 5 years are welcome to join our Play Gyms with a registered brother or sister. Modifications to the equipment setup in the play area are not allowed and parents are not allowed on the play equipment.

Gymboree uses customer information solely to fulfill your requests for certain products and services and to contact you about new products or services, special events and promotions. In line with Swiss law, Stepping Up ensures a high standard of overall safety. Nonetheless during classes & Play Gyms, parents accept the responsability for ensuring that each child is at all times within an arm’s length and supervised by at least one adult and, in case of their own negligence, release Stepping Up from any and all liability for injury, loss or damage arising directly or indirectly.
Stepping Up might, from time to time, capture photo or videos during classes. Please let us know if you do not wish your child to be in pictures or videos.
Babies under the age of 6 months can be brought to class but must be in a baby carrier or a baby chair. For safety reasons, non-enrolled siblings over the age of 6 months cannot be brought to class, please ask about our Family Gymboree class.
Preschool T&Cs
Arrival time is between 8h30 and 9h00 with classes starting promptly at 09h00 and ending at 12h00. Pick up time is at 12h00.
Children aged 24/30 months to 5 years at the starting date of the enrolment can participate in the Preschool programme

Enrolled children must have health and accident insurance covering the costs of illness and accidents in Switzerland.
If your child becomes unwell/ill or is injured while at preschool, we will call the emergency contacts listed on your personal information form. If we can not reach the emergency contact, we might apply homeopathic Arnica cream to soothe minor bumps or bruises, contact the Centre Medical du Forum de Nyon or the emergency services.
Registration is for the full school year. Any withdrawal from Preschool must be reported in writing at the end of a given month with a one month notice period and is subject to a two months tuition
Tuition fees are non-refundable and due in advance on the 28th of each month.(i.e. October fees are due on September 28th).
Late payment reminder fees of CHF25.- will be charged. Stepping Up reserves the right to accept children only when tuition fees are paid.
No refund is given on preschool fees.

In the case of serious non-compliance, Stepping Up reserves the right to suspend or terminate the registration. In this event, Stepping Up may decide, at its sole discretion, not to provide any refund or reduction of fees already paid or which are payable to Stepping Up.
Customers with enrolled preschool children can raise a formal complaint to the staff, should there be a situation where Stepping Up did not fulfill its obligations or if a situation arises where the health, safety and wellbeing of children is not satisfactory. Stepping Up will always seek to resolve all complaints.
As a consequence of causes beyond its reasonable control, Stepping Up might be delayed in or prevented from fulfilling Preschool classes in the Nyon centre. Customers accept alternative class solutions, postponed, and/or online classes, which Stepping Up will seek to fulfil.
Stepping Up might, from time to time, capture photo or videos during classes. Photos and videos might be shared with the Preschool Whatsapp group. Please let us know if you do not wish your child to be in pictures or videos.
Holiday Camps T&Cs
Morning arrival time is between 8h30 and 9h00 with camps starting promptly at 09h00 and ending at 12h00. Afternoon arrival time is between 14h30 and 15h00 with camps starting promptly at 15h00 and ending at 17h00.
Children aged 2 to 5 years at the Holiday Camp starting date can participate in Stepping Up Holiday Camp programme.
Children should ideally wear slippers or socks in the classroom and be barefooted in the playroom as their toes are needed for balance. For hygiene reasons, all adults must wear socks on the play floor. Please bring a pair with you.
Missed classes can be made up by coming to any other Holiday Camp class during the same holiday season, subject to available space and under the following conditions:
– Cancellations must be notified via email at least 24 hours in advance
– Cancellations for medical reasons must be notified before 8:00am the same day
For the consideration of all, please do not bring a sick child to a Holiday Camp. We reserve the right to accept only healthy children..

Extra party time can be purchased in advance at a rate of CHF50.- per 30 minutes.
Extra children children above 15 are charged CHF20.- per child
Please do not bring food or beverages into the playroom.
The centre will be opened 30 minutes before the start of your party for set-up time.
For the consideration of all, please do not bring a sick child to the Birthday Party.
For the enjoyment of everyone and to ensure the smooth facilitation of the party, please exit the Play Gym for a ‘cool-down’ period should a child display disruptive behavior.
The Birthday Party includes a 45 minutes class in English.
A teacher will lead a 45 minutes class in English and will remain on site for the entire duration for any questions. The teacher is not in charge of supervising any children.

Always ensure that each child is kept within hands reach of his/her torso.
If a child is injured or if you observe an accident please report it to the staff immediately.
Parents signing this contract accept the responsibility for insuring that each child is at all times accompanied and supervised by at least one adult, and release Stepping Up from any and all liability for injury, loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from neglected parental responsibility.
No refund is given on Birthday Parties.
Be our guest and experience 100% fun with zero site clean-up. In other words, you only take away all items you brought and we will take care of the site clean-up.
